How long does shipping take?

On each item shipping may take 2-3 days. This can increase for high demand items

Where is my order? How can I keep track?

Use our Order Look up icon located on the bottom of our page but also our within our Menu tab. Your tracking number will be provided within 2-3 business days after purchase. At the moment we can only search orders placed with emails. Don't worry we do txt updates for phone numbers :)

What is the deal with returns?

Any damaged item can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately you will have to pay the shipping, but we don't mind replacing your item. 

How do I care for this jewelry?

Our jewelry is categorized as costume jewelry. Please keep away from any types of water, as this will cause quality to fade. Try also not to sleep with the jewelry on as well.
